Jewellery has always been a part of my life. Since childhood, I remember watching my grandmothers with admiration as they handled their jewellery with special care. Each piece had a story, a meaning, an associated emotion. It was this fascination with the details, the beauty, and the sentimental value of jewellery that, years later, would lead me down this path.
My grandmothers were the first to teach me the importance of jewellery not just as accessories, but as testaments to special moments. Among antique necklaces, family rings, and delicate earrings, I grew up surrounded by true works of art that carried memories. Each piece was unique and had a story to tell.
However, despite this enchantment, life initially led me down a very different path. I pursued a career in aviation, an area where precision and attention to detail are also essential. For years, I traveled the world, learned about new cultures, and explored different forms of art and design. But deep down, there was always something pulling me in another direction.
The Change of Course
It was in 2019 that I finally decided to follow my passion for jewellery. Aviation had provided me with incredible experiences, but something was missing: creativity, the possibility of creating something with my own hands. That's when I delved into the world of artisanal jewellery, learning techniques and experimenting with materials.
In 2021, I realized one of my great dreams: to open my own jewellery workshop in Quinta do Anjo, Palmela. More than just a creative space, I wanted this workshop to also be a place where every client could experience the world of jewellery in a unique and engaging way. Here, each piece is designed and created with meticulous attention to detail and a profound respect for artisanal techniques.
Every piece I create today reflects this journey – a fusion of tradition and innovation, between the influence of my grandmothers and the inspirations I brought from my travels. Jewellery has become more than just a job; it is my form of expression, the medium through which I tell stories and transform emotions into timeless pieces.
